Our first blog about Hospitality and Catering

                                   
 


Our main focus for the last four weeks was Unit Standard 15901- Prepare and present fruit and vegetables in the hospitality industry, during which you have completed one if not all four reflections. 

Choose your most interesting reflection and post it to this blog space. 



Before you post make sure you have..

1. Proof read and corrected any spelling and punctuation (use spell checker and ReadWrite for this)

2. Made sure what you have written make sense to the reader (ask a classmate to read it to themselves)

3. Chosen photo/s relevant to your reflection. 

Finally and this is a must I would like you to reflect on the learning of others in this class by commenting on a classmates blog using positive, thoughtful and helpful feedforward. Kaua e whakaiti te mahi o tetahi atu - You must not belittle the work of others.
